CJ’s Home Maintenance is a company providing professional cleaning services to busy individuals like yourself. In business since 1990, we also clean model homes for Premier Homebuilders throughout California.

Homeowners in the Pleasanton, Livermore and Dublin areas can now enjoy the same professional cleaning that our builders have experienced for almost two decades!

CJ’s let’s you decide exactly how much service you need. We have created service packages and pricing structures to accommodate a variety of needs. Hire us on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one-time basis. We will send a competent crew of trained and insured cleaning professionals with all the needed equipment and cleaning products to your home.

We also offer additional services that can be added to your regular cleaning schedule at anytime. Our Menu of Services lists a variety of extra services that will make your home cleaning experience that more satisfying.

In addition to a satisfying housecleaning experience, you can relax knowing that:

• Cleaners always show up in teams to your home to provide efficient and prompt service. All teams are professional and uniformed. Each team is assigned a team leader who is responsible for quality assurance.
• We will bring our own equipment and cleaning products to clean your home. (If you have special products you would like used, our housecleaners will gladly use them if left out on cleaning day).
• All our employees are fully insured with all employment taxes paid.
• A full-time office staff to answer any of your questions.

HAVING A PARTY? Hire a CJ’s professional to porter your party!
We can send a trained porter to help with set-up, serving and clean-up. That way, you are free to mingle with your guests for a much more enjoyable experience without all the hassle.
