We send only trained and insured workers to your site carrying the products and equipment needed for each job. Our long list of clients is a testimonial to CJ's ability to absolutely meet the detailed criteria and specific schedule of each customer.

Q. How do you effectively staff such a large area?
A. CJ's hires cleaning staff from each of many service areas. In addition, we employee supervisors to oversee projects in each of thyeir geographic areas. In addition to our supervisors, we also emply Lead Quality Control Inspectors who perform surprise visits on models to ensure you are receiving the quality cleaning you expect and deserve.

Q. How do you know that your local staff are meeting client needs?
A. CJ's success is vitally linked to its high level of quality control. We don't just assign cleaners to your projects and then disappear. Your sales staff will see someone from our quality control staff on regular basis. They check the work of the cleaners, replenish inventory and prepare damage reports of any items in need of repair. They will always leave a copy of their inspection report for your sales staff.

Q. How is CJ's capable of handling an emergency?
A. We are reachable 24/7. We are a fully staffed office. After business hours and on weekends, someone from our office is on call at all times. If you have an emergency, a phone call to our office is all it takes. We can then dispatch the appropriate staff to accommodate your needs.

Q. What if there is a service we need that is not included in your written services?
A. CJ's focus is on the servicing of model homes. If there is a service that you need that is not included in our scope-of-work, we would be more than happy to see if it is something that we can handle for you.

Q. Can you meet unexpected tight deadlines?
A. Generally, CJ's can get a crew together to open a project on very short notice. However, to ensure that you get your project opened and looking the way you expect, as much notice as possible is requested so that we can organize our crews and arrange for any necessary window and carpet cleaning that generally is scheduled for openings.

Q. Do you dispose garbage?
A. If no dumpster is available to our cleaners, CJ's charges a minimal fee to remove the garbage from the site.

Q. What if I need some references?
A. Our current list of clients is listed on the website. If you would like contact names or a list of projects that we service so that you can inspect our work, please feel free to call our office for specific information.

Q. Do you guarantee your work and level of expected service?
A. Absolutely. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, we WANT you to notify us so that we can take care of the problem. This is one of the best things about our service. We work hard to correct problems.

Q. How can I get a quote?
A. Please call CJ’s at 1-800-815-1197 and ask to speak to our contracts administrator. She will be happy to prepare a proposal for you. In order to prepare a quote, she will need square footages of each model and size and location of sales office. We will also need to know whether you plan on furnishing the models and how often you would like them cleaned. When you request a quote for cleaning, you will have various service plans to choose from.

Q. Do you provide all cleaning products and maintenance equipment?
A. CJ's generally places a locked storage cabinet in a conspicuous spot in one of the free garages to store all of our cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies necessary to keep your models looking new.

Q. What areas of Nevada do you currently serve?
A. Currently, we are serving the Reno/Sparks areas. If you have models that you would like a proposal for cleaning that are in Nevada but not in the Reno/Sparks area, please contact our office. Chances are we may be working on something in your area now.
